This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Team Lead located in Georgetown. The Customer Service Team Lead will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the customer service team, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing support to customers, and maintaining effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
