Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Time Analyst located in Georgetown. The Real Time Analyst will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including workforce management, workforce planning, and utilizing eWFM software. Effective communication and strong analytical skills are required for this role.

Qualifications
• Analytical Skills and Workforce Management expertise
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in workforce planning and utilizing eWFM software
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of the IT, Manufacturing, Telecom, Entertainment, Retail, Infrastructure, or Renewable Power industries is a plus
