**Job Role: Help Bank customers to financially plan for their future through wealth protection, accumulation, and distribution.**
- Sell and promote bancassurance products and identify customer segments for new sales
- Perform prospecting and cold calls to engage with potential customers for sales
- Participate in sales and marketing events to acquire new customers
- Establish business relationships with customers to strengthen rapport for up-selling activities
- Provide financial advice and follow up service on policy matters to customers
• *Program to Nurture the New Joiners**:

- Professional training, development and grooming programs to enhance their skills & confidence in dealing with customers, including PCE/CEILI licensing that will be fully sponsored by Bank
