• We are seeking for talents who are currently living in Japan with eligible working visas.

Responsibilities
• Interact with users to identify problems, gather, and analyze user requirements.
• Develop design modules for assigned applications.
• Create test cases and conduct thorough testing of applications.
• Troubleshoot and fix bugs; handle change requests.
• Track application issues reported by manufacturing users.
• Participate in issue resolution meetings to identify and address problems.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions.
• Create Engineering Work Orders (EWO) and problem cases.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve EWOs and problem cases.
• Support IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and handle tickets using ServiceNow.

Qualifications
• 3+years' experience in web application development using C#.NET and SQL Server.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps Basics, IBM Websphere MQ, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
