Roles and Responsibilities:
• Lead a cross-functional team to address automotive parts quality issues.
• Manage 6-8 parts quality issues simultaneously.
• Resolve quality issues in the market and expedite quality improvement activities.
• Conduct quality failure investigations.
• Report regularly to senior management.

Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in mechanical or electrical engineering within the automotive industry, preferably in the automotive aftermarket.
• 2+ years of experience as a project leader.
• Proficiency in business-level English and Japanese (N2 or above).
• Strong multitasking, time management, and stress-handling abilities.
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to take ownership of tasks.
