Responsibilities:

As an Aftermarket Project Manager, your primary mission is to enhance product uptime, dealer readiness, and customer satisfaction. This will be achieved by:
• Ensuring the maintainability of products and aftermarket tools, contributing to seamless maintenance projects and customer support.
• Handling quality issues efficiently through Quality Journal management and campaign preparation.
• Delegating aftermarket-related Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Flexibility (QCDF) fulfillment at various project gates to ensure timely and effective execution.

Qualifications:
• Fluent in Japanese (JLPT N2 and above) and English (TOEIC 800+), enabling effective communication with stakeholders.
• Basic knowledge of vehicles and commercial vehicles
• 3+ years of project management experience, demonstrating the ability to lead cross-functional teams successfully.
