CMA Recruitment Group is delighted to be recruiting for our dynamic, Ferndown, Dorset client who is requiring a Bookkeeper to join their expanding finance team, on a permanent basis.

The successful candidate will be reporting into the Head of Department and you will be responsible for a varied number of tasks including, assisting bookkeepers by undertaking VAT reviews and preparing in year-end accounts. You will also be investigating and resolving any queries and liaising with clients in a timely manner.

What will the bookkeeper role involve?
• Transactional accounts production to strict deadlines;
• High volume bank reconciliation;
• Updating financial records;
• Bookkeeping duties for a portion of clients;
• VAT returns;
• Responsible for producing accounts and delivering financial statements to strict deadlines;
• High volume accounts query resolution with internal and external parties.
