A well established and hugely successful SME retail organisation in the Walton-on-Thames area is looking for a confident, collaborative Accountant to take responsibility for the day-to-day operation of their finance department.

Initially, you will oversee one member of staff; however, there is scope to grow the team as company turnover has the potential to triple under the guidance of their interim CFO, a true visionary who needs an equally revolutionary second in command to assist him in achieving this goal. In addition, there is clear and rapid progression for the jobholder to step up in seniority.

The role would suit an accomplished Assistant Accountant who is ready to take the next step in their career, and who possesses the verve, drive and inspirational leadership skills required to elevate the finance function within the business and help scale an already booming enterprise.
