CMA HR Division is recruiting for an established brand in Southampton and Bournemouth a HR Advisor on a fixed term contract. The role is initially 6 months with a view to become more long term in the structure.

The role provides Employee Relations support across the business supporting the Senior HR Business Partners and leading on caseload management.

What will HR Advisor role involve?
• Provide support and expert advice to line managers and leaders in respect of people management issues, mitigating commercial risk and seeking a timely resolution
• Encourage and develop managers and leaders to adopt a performance driven culture aligned to key behaviour and values
• Provide sound advice and guidance, supporting leaders to competently deal with investigations, disciplinaries, grievances, performance management issues / sickness, sensitively in line with policy principles
• Assist with the daily delivery of first level support and guidance to managers and the People Team
