The CMA HR Division are working with this growing manufacturing organisation based in Aldershot to recruit a hands on switched on HR Advisor on a permanent basis. Reporting directly the HR Director, the role is to take lead on first line HR support for the business they are looking for a switched on bright HR professional to align with the business strategy, and deliver an efficient, compliant service that adds value to the company.

What will the HR Advisor role involve?
• Provide guidance on operational HR, and recruitment processes, including Return to Work, PIP, onboarding, offboarding and disciplinary procedures.
• Update and ensure compliance of HR policies and procedures and provide guidance on related matters.
• Support with Payroll for UK and International employees reporting on SLAs for outsourced providers.
• Dealing with external vendors on international benefits.
• Support with Salary reviews and bench marking.
