Community Support Worker – Wyre day service, Larkholme, Fleetwood, FY7 7PN

Location: Wyre day service (Based at Fleetwood day service)

Contract Type: Permanent

Schedule Type: Daytime hours Monday – Friday

(hours for all posts will be between 9.00am and 5 .00 pm)

Hours – 1 x 35 hr post (Monday to Friday 5 x 7 hr days)

2 x 21 hr posts - Monday, Tuesday, Weds - 3 x 7 hr days.

Salary: Grade 4 £23,114 to 23,893 pro rata
