We are seeking a compassionate and resilient Behaviour Support Assistant in Eastleigh, Hampshire. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and young people with SEMH and behavioural needs, providing essential support to help them succeed academically and personally.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide 1:1 and group support to students with SEMH and behavioural needs.

Assist in the implementation of individualised behaviour management plans.

Support students in developing social skills, emotional regulation, and positive behaviour.

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create a consistent support network for each student.

Monitor and record student progress, maintaining detailed and accurate reports.

Promote a positive and inclusive school environment.
