Cambridgeshire County Council Targeted Support Service provides support to children, young people and their families. Each district team consists of Family Workers, Child and Family Centre workers, Young People's Worker's, Senior Transitions Advisors, Transitions Advisors, Client Researchers and managers. The team provides early intervention support to reduce the risk of harm and reduce escalation of problems to support keeping families together and achieve positive outcomes.

The role of Young People's Worker (YPW) is an exciting, varied and highly skilled role supporting young people (aged 12 to 19) with intensive one to one support to enable them to reach positive outcomes.
