We require an exceptional Executive Assistant to join our dynamic and fast-paced Formula 1 team, where innovation, excellence, and teamwork drive us to success. This will be an exciting role, initially a temp to perm opportunity, a willingness to work between our London office (Soho) and headquarters (Grove, Oxfordshire) to support the Director’s commitments is a prerequisite for the role.

You will anticipate the needs of the Commercial Director to ensure the delivery of key strategic business priorities, organise international travel and itineraries, manage a rapidly changing schedule, and handle day-to-day business with absolute skill and diplomacy.
