Exciting opportunity for an IT Infrastructure Manager to join a leading organisation based near Wantage

The Role

The IT Infrastructure Manager Will Be Responsible For
• leading and managing a team of infrastructure, network and security engineers
• ensuring processes and best practices within the team
• establishing and monitoring KPIs / controls
• disaster recovering planning
• oversee infrastructure and operations processes, implementing new technologies and processes
• driving governance requirements through the team / processes
• acting as technical SME for senior stakeholders for infrastructure and security

About You

Applicants for the Infrastructure Manager role will have:
• previous experience gained in a similar Infrastructure Management position
• broad technical knowledge across (networking, security, infrastructure, cloud etc.)
• proven people manager / leader
• excellent communicator
