Experience as a Home Manager with CQC inspection experience The Details:

- As a Home Manager you will lead, inspire and engage your team to deliver an outstanding quality of personalised care and support to residents enabling them to enjoy later live to the full.

You will be accountable for the CQC, audits, commercial and financial performance of the home. This will include occupancy levels and operating profit whilst ensuring regulatory compliance.
