Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Manager at The Whitestone Resorts. As the Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the front office, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction. You will oversee the front desk staff, handle guest inquiries and complaints, manage reservations, and coordinate with other departments to ensure a smooth and pleasant stay for our guests.
