**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and organize the construction stock store efficiently.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials to the construction sites.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using MS Word and Excel.
- Monitor stock levels and reorder supplies as needed.
- Coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment of stock.
- Perform basic computer functions related to data entry and inventory management.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the stock storage area.
- Conduct regular stock inspections to prevent discrepancies.
- Assist in the preparation of reports related to stock movement and inventory status.
