-Assist the Executive Chef in all aspects of the kitchen
-Ensure that all food is prepared to the highest standards
-Supervise and coordinate the activities of all kitchen staff
-Monitor and maintain food quality and safety standards
-Ensure that all kitchen staff adhere to health and safety regulations
-Develop and implement new recipes
-Monitor food inventory and order supplies as needed
-Prepare food for special events
-Train and mentor kitchen staff
-Develop menus and manage menu changes
-Ensure that all kitchen equipment is properly maintained
-Monitor kitchen staff performance
-Ensure that all kitchen staff are following proper sanitation procedures
-Oversee the preparation and presentation of food
-Monitor food waste and take corrective action
-Troubleshoot kitchen issues
