Job description:

1. Prepare a wide variety of cakes, cookies, bread etc.

2. Create new and exciting desserts to renew menus and engage the interest of guests.

3. Monitor stocks for baking ingredients and make appropriate orders within budget.

4. Keeps the work area clean and tidy. Adheres strictly to safety and sanitation regulations.

5. Check quality of material and condition of equipment and devices used for baking.

6. Maintains proper personal appearance, hygiene and sanitation.

Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least a Certificate in Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.

2. One (1) year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

3. Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.

4. Good command of Malay and English.

5. Positive attitude.
