• Process monthly staff claims, verifying information, corresponding with staffs, handle staff inquiries, review standard of procedure, determine coverage, calculate claim amounts and process payment.
• Process canteen claims, verifying information, corresponding with staff, determine purpose, calculate claims amounts and process payment.
• Handling petty cash, maintain strong internal controls of payment, review cash handling procedures and update as needed, process payments.
• Handling emergency fund, maintain strong internal controls of payment, high critical thinking and able to reach in case of emergency.
• Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures, performing day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording transaction data.
