Description

• Responsible for the day-to-day operations in the kitchen, including food preparation (mis end place) and production.
• Assist Chef whenever required.
• Ensure the cleanliness of the kitchen at all times.
• Control wastages.
• Check all equipment on a daily basis to ensure the cleanliness and in good working order e.g., chiller, freezer, grease trap, cleaning chemical.
• Maintain a clean and orderly cooking station which adhere to the health and safety requirement and standards.
• Pick up stock from store daily.
• Assist stewarding area when required.
• Cleaning all grease trap in the kitchen,
• Ensure food service sanitation standards are met.
• Adhere to kitchen sanitation practices and hygiene.
