An opportunity has arisen for an individual to join the Accounts Department within an automotive business. This role offers scope to develop in all areas of accounting, including Management Accounts and Accounts Payable. You will report into the Financial Controller and build relationships with each department across the group to complete your duties.

Main Responsibilities

· Daily Reconciliation of Daybooks & PDQ’s and banking

· Bank payments and BACs runs

· Bank statement reconciliation

· Petty Cash analysis and posting

· Sales ledger processing and reconciliation

· Debtors Control

· Vehicle Ledger processing and debtors control

· Deal Books analysis and reconciliation including posting of bonuses and commissions

· General reconciliations to assist in the production of timely and accurate accounts.

· Forecasts

· Aged Debt analysis

· Funding analysis

· Assist with the production of the Management Accounts
