Position : Community Outreach Specialist
Location : Jalan Seri Indah, Taman Indah, 86200 Simpang Renggam, Johor.

Working Days : 5 days per week ( Sunday - Thursday / 8.30 am - 4.30 pm)
Intake : Immediately
Salary : RM1,750

Job Description:

1. To process application in the system as per requested by Malaysian Citizen
2. To monitor & track order status until complete.
3. To educate and explain to Malaysian citizen about the product
4. To explain to citizen about Digital Identity Verification Platform is for the use of government and private service sectors mainly to meet the needs to verify identities of individuals who accessed electronic services, perform transactions and digital signatures provided by them.

5. To guide Malaysian citizen to register the ID via government platform

Requirement :
• Candidate must possess at least a SPM/Diploma/Degree.
• No work experience required.
• Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply.
