PURCHASING EXECUTIVE - KOTA TINGGI, JOHOR

Job Scope (Brief)
• Procure products which are essential for the company’s day-to-day operations.

Job Scope (Detailed)
• Source for quotations and evaluate the offers from suppliers.
• Issue purchase orders to suppliers.
• Track purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of purchased products.
• Perform goods received note in accounting system for delivered products.
• Maintain updated records (eg. delivery orders and invoices) of purchased products.
• Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed.

Salary
• RM2,000 to RM2,500 (based on work experience and qualification)

Requirements
• Female.
• Proficiency in English, Malay and Chinese (preferred).
• Proficiency in computer skills.
• Work experience in related field is preferred though on job training will be provided.

Working Hours
• 8am to 6pm
• 5.5 work days/week

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
