As part of the Customer Service team, you are an important interface between customers, field sales and other internal departments. You will be responsible for the successful completion of order management and help to ensure that customers have an outstanding experience.

This includes the following tasks:
• Processing the order management from A-Z
• Close collaboration with internal (e.g. production planning) and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth communication between all the parties
• Preparation of delivery documents
• Support in after sales, incl. claims and returns handling
• Conscientious recording and maintenance of customer master data and updating of sales information in the CRM system

To be considered for this position, you must have:
• Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar position
• General technical affinity
• Fluent German and English skills
