• Lead month and year-end closing processes with the support of the finance team
• Manage all financial planning cycles and KPI calculations
• Engage in internal and external stakeholder management, including cross-functional teams, senior management, and auditors
• Develop tools and analytics to facilitate decision-making processes for Switzerland leadership
• Monitor budgets and performance closely to achieve organizational goals efficiently
• Ensure accuracy in planning, forecasting, analytics, and performance KPIs
• Bachelor's degree in finance, controlling, or accounting; master's degree preferred
• Qualification such as ACCA/CPA or Financial Specialist with a federal diploma (Finanzfachfrau/-mann mit eidg. Fachausweis) is of advantage
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Corporate Finance, preferably in regulated industries like biotechnology or pharmaceuticals
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint) and familiarity with software such as SAP, Oracle, or Power BI
