Here at Halton Housing, we are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic OD Assistant to work across our vibrant organisation.

What You’ll Do
• Provide administration and coordination support for the Organisational Development function, including training and event coordination and project assistance.
• Ensure all relevant systems and platforms are accurate, accessible and up to date.
• Provide first line support for colleagues with queries/help related to things such as systems, technology support, training and events.
• Coordinate various early careers activities such as the Apprenticeship Programme and work experience.
• Coordinate various Colleague Engagement activities including organising, note taking and distribution of actions.

What You’ll Need
• Previous experience in an administrative/coordination role including the ability to balance conflicting priorities.
• Ability to follow defined processes and procedures in an accurate and consistent manner.
