Here at Halton Housing, we are looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to work across our vibrant organisation.

What You’ll Do
• Lead, motivate and develop the team through regular performance management, providing direction and vision for the department
• Manage costs in line with budgets to ensure no overspend
• Plan and deliver a range of projects and tasks ensuring that the appropriate resources are sourced and managed
• Carry out a percentage of pre/post inspection of subcontractor work checking corresponding invoices for accuracy of work completed
• Work with and feed back to the customer services team to ensure that inspections are appropriate and necessary
• Identify and source, oversee and manage specific materials, plant, PPE and equipment required

What You’ll Need
• Proven management of works in repairs & maintenance, construction including planning and management
• Excellent knowledge of the construction industry best practices
