Here at Halton Housing, we are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Service Support Advisor to work across our vibrant organisation on a part time, fixed term contract for up to 6 months.

What You’ll Do
• Organise and arrange all customer appointments required to support the delivery of the planned works and compliance programmes and stock condition surveys
• Send all supporting customer communication and keeping a record in relevant CRM and Housing Management systems
• Raise all work relating to planned works and compliance programmes
• Proactive customer communications, keeping customers informed of progress at all times, liaising with customers and maintenance technicians to amend or reschedule works as necessary
• Monitor the progress of outstanding works, documenting and escalating issues of no access
