Meridian Business Support are delighted to be working with a clinician led primary care service which offers a wide range of care services to recruit for a Deputy Practice Manager with SystmOne experience, based in Fareham.

As a deputy practice manager, you will oversee the administration and daily running of the service. Patients in this service have tailored services provided for them, which cannot be provided for by their local practice.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
• Overseeing the administrative elements of QOF, national and local contracts, liaising with GPs, nursing staff and administrators to reach targets.
• Implementing systems to ensure compliance with CQC regulations and standards.
• Assist with recruitment procedures and ensure roles of people are required by the services, this will include reviewing and regularly updating job descriptions as required.
