Shawthorpe are seeking an experienced quality supervisor to join our client at their lead manufacturing site in Telford, Shropshire.

Job Purpose

Leading processed, ensuring quality productivity and efficiency, and all products meet the company specifications.

Duties / Responsibilities
• Managing the Quality Assurance team to ensure cover across all shifts as required.
• Completing internal audits to BRC Level including GMP, Hygiene and site audits and monitor the consistency of outputs across the team for compliance purposes.
• Building production team capability to improve communication and understanding of technical standards, monitoring factory processes ensuring quality and safety compliance.
• Investigating customer complaints or any non-conformance raised internal or externally to provide data which informs resolution.
