We are seeking *Support Workers* to support our service users in their own property in *Telford.*

• Your responsibilities will include:*
• Supporting individuals within their own home working between the hours of
• 7:30-22:30 with a variety of different shift patterns in the day time
• 22:30-7:30 waking nights
• Supporting service users with Autism, Asperger's, LD, Mental Health, EUPD and behaviours that may challenge
• Support with aspects of personal care and medication needs and any manual handling
• Support with life skills, social activities and medical appointments
