Responsibilities
• Preparation of monthly group management accounts
• Preparation of monthly cashflow forecasts
• Preparation and submission of CIS/PAYE/VAT/P11D and CT61
• Management of work in progress
• Processing financial transaction using both building software (Buildertrend) and accounting software (Xero)
• Establishing and maintaining efficient accounting systems
• Management of accounts payable and subcontractor relations
• Management of small payroll (12 staff)

Qualities
• Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA accountant
• Process strong technical knowledge with statutory reporting and tax experience
• Previous experience in property development preferable
• Strong technical knowledge of Excel and Xero
• Experience with Buildertrend preferable but not essential More Detail
