Hales Group are recruiting a Service Desk Coordinator to support our client in Lowestoft. You will work within a fast-growing global organisation, your primary objective is to deliver exceptional customer service and provide crucial administrative support.

Service Desk Coordinator Duties Will Include
• Be the first point of contact for customers
• Positive relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are addressed promptly and professionally.
• Operate and maintain their CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date customer information.
• Processing incoming sales orders and sales return orders
• Responding to incoming calls to troubleshoot issues and provide basic solutions.
• Logging engineer visits and coordinating their schedules as needed.
• Documenting end user locations for equipment or services.
• Following up on service calls and installations, ensuring customer satisfaction.
