VNA Recruitment are currently searching for a Tenancy Officer for our client based in Hull. The main duties of this role are:
• Promoting and safeguarding the welfare of children, youn people and/or vulnerable adults
• Ensuring tenants comply with the conditions of their tenancy agreement
• Managing empty or abandoned properties making sure the property is safe and secure, and procedures are followed to end the tenancy correctly.
• Day-to-day management of rent accounts within the client's housing stock
• Referring cases dealing eith potential repossession and evictions
• Communicating witg individuals who require urgent rehousing
