Description

The Department of Community Health Sciences in the Cumming School of Medicine invites applications for a Project Coordinator (Indigenous Health). This Full-time Fixed Term position is for approximately 1 year (based on length of grant funding), with the possibility of extension.

We are seeking a Project Coordinator to manage a new implementation research project in Indigenous health: Virtual Opioid Dependency Program (VODP) Expansion for Indigenous Communities in Alberta. In this project, the Project Coordinator will work closely with Provincial Addiction and Mental Health (Alberta Health Services) and the VODP to expand the program to First Nations and Metis communities, assessing the barriers and facilitators to implementation, tailoring the program to the local context, and evaluating the implementation, effectiveness, and client and healthcare provider experience with the program.

This position reports to the Principal Investigator.
