Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Calgary, AB for a Dental Administrator/Hygiene Coordinator at Beltline Dental Care. The Dental Administrator/Hygiene Coordinator will be responsible for various administrative tasks related to dental office operations. These tasks may include managing patient schedules, handling inquiries and appointments, coordinating with dental hygienists and other staff, maintaining records, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the dental office. Experience with Dentrix and Recall Max is preferred.

Qualifications
• Minimum 1 year experience in previous dental office setting
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in dental software and computer systems
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures
