Overview:

Maintenance Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and

maintenance of all facilities within a resort. This position assists the Assistant Maintenance

Manager in overseeing the maintenance team and ensuring that all areas of the resort are well-

maintained, safe, and meet high-quality standards.

Responsibilities:

Assist the Assistant Maintenance Manager in overseeing the daily activities of the

maintenance team, including assigning tasks, providing guidance, and ensuring work is

completed in a timely manner.

1. Manages the overall maintenance function of the property, ensuring compliance with

local regulations, and standards

2. Develop and implement a comprehensive preventive maintenance program for the

resort's facilities, including guest rooms and public areas.
