Salary: £65-£75k

The Company

My client operates across South Wales and has plans to expand further North over the coming years. They are looking for someone with a strong clinincal background with a hands-on approach, who is able to oversee the homes across South Wales, reporting back to the Managing Director.

Key Responsibilities

You will work closely with the home managers to help grow the organization across the area and supporting a home without a manager or proactively troubleshooting and making improvements around quality, occupancy and growth.

You will be an experienced care home manager and have experience of working closely with CQC and have an eye for detail to continuously improve the standards within a home.
