An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 6 (rotational) physiotherapist to join the Neuro-rehabilitation physiotherapy service of Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board.

To work within the rehabilitation specialty in Cwm Taf Morgannwg UHB including Acute Stroke, Early Supported Discharge for stroke, Reablement, In patient rehabilitation and stroke rehabilitation wards in community hospitals (YCR & YCC) and Neurological outpatients services.

The post holder will be responsible for the comprehensive assessment and identification of problems of patients, including those with complex presentation, producing a highly specialised treatment plan based on a sound knowledge of evidence based practice and treatment options using clinical assessment...
