Our luxury restaurant client based in South Wales is seeking a Chef de Partie to join their team with a salary of £27,000-£29,000 (plus around £4,000 in tronc) on offer. This role comes with a great perks package (including cross-training and progression opportunities) and the opportunity to work with a fantastic high-end luxury restaurant/hotel client.

What does the role entail?

As a Chef de Partie you will make sure the dishes are being sent out efficiently under the support of the rest of the team. You will be working under the head chef/sous chefs to learn and also to make sure the dishes are as tasty as possible. As a senior chef de partie you will have elevated responsibilities and will also be required to fill in for the sous chef occasionally. The kitchen is busy, and you will have to work across different sections to ensure the kitchen runs smoothly and the food looks presentable. Working 4 days over 7 based on a rota basis, this may include evenings and weekend work.
