This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in training who is eager to coach and tutor others in the field. This is initially a 9-month contract with the potential to be extended. The client is offering a salary of £35,000 pro rata for the 9 months with a range of excellent benefits including hybrid working.

What Does the Role Entail?

In this role, you will work face-to-face with people, coaching and supporting them on their journey to employment. You will conduct employability sessions, offer advice on interview skills, and provide job search methods. Your responsibilities include rebuilding participant confidence following unemployment, identifying and implementing correct interventions to remove barriers, and helping participants regain employment.
