An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a HR Manager to join a fast growing SME in the manufacturing sector in Hampshire. This is a broad, commercially orientated opportunity working directly with the CEO of the business.

Key responsibilities will include:
• Developing existing HR strategies and initiatives ensuring alignment with overall business strategy
• Oversee management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
• Developing and monitoring overall HR strategies, systems, and procedures across the organisation
• Work with line managers to create, supervise and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
• Oversee training needs and monitor training programs across the organisation
• Oversee and act as first point of contact apprenticeship schemes
• Responsible for drafting, filing and maintaining all HR documents
• Updating Company’s handbook ensuring it is fit for purpose
