An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Head of Finance to join a medium sized manufacturing business based in Southampton, we are seeking a future CFO.

Our client has a unique brand offering, a strong 'order book' and backing to enable it to double in size over the next three years. Reporting with CEO, the Head of Finance will manage the day to day running of the finance function, ensuring strong financial controls providing a platform for growth. The Head of Finance, will also oversee the FP&A process and support the CEO will all commercial activities across the business.

Key Responsibilitie will include:
• Providing accurate insight on financial performance into the business for the senior management team
• Maintaining and coordinating the management / financial accounting, management reporting and budgeting activities
• Leading on finance change projects (including, processes, ERP systems etc) and providing regular progress update to senior management
