To oversee & complete, where appropriate, the allocated technical reconciliations within Cash Management alongside the oversight of the AIL bank accounts & being a technical referral for the Cash Management teams.

Main Responsibilities as Cash Management Senior Technician:

· Oversee the reconciliation of the Coles invoices and payments for AIL, ensuring all associated queries are resolved & escalated where appropriate. Be involved and take ownership of any Coles development / changes.

· Oversee the monthly Insurer Trust Account reconciliation for ARL, including building a new process to enable accurate reconciliation, and working with various work levels within Finance to report the status of the accounts.

· Ownership of claims float management, liaising closely with Credit Risk & Claims Technical support.

· Review and approve payments to external customers & stakeholders within agreed authority limits.
