SRM Recruitment are working with an organisation based in Northwood looking to recruit a PA.

The Role
• Full Time 37.5 hours a week (8am - 4:30pm)
• Term Time only
• £34,400 pro rata (£30,000 take home salary)

Duties
• Diary management
• Minute taking
• Drafting correspondence
• Co-Ordinating department and internal events
• Updating financial trackers
• Point of contact for incoming enquiries to the team
• Track and file all department documentation
• Manage inhouse portal, keeping it up to date with relevant information for both internal and external stakeholders

Requirements For The Role
• At least 2 years’ experience within a similar PA role
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Intermediate on Excel, able to create financial trackers and analyse data
