We're currently recruiting for a HR Business Partner within our Kier Transportation HR Team. This role will drive and deliver the people strategy across the South-West, with a strong focus on providing an innovative, effective and customer focused service.

Location: Flexible, with expected travel across the South-West (Somerset) required to fulfil the role

Contract: Permanent, full-time – flexible and part-time hours is available if required.

Responsibilities

As a HR Business Partner, your day-to-day responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
• Supporting our HR Business Partner with managing the implementation of a commercially focused, legally compliant, people plan to support the Transportation business strategy.
• Delivering people practices in a manner which is transparent and designed to develop and maintain a positive working relationship between the company and its people.
