Purpose:

To lead the Qualification Development Team who; develop qualifications, and qualification support products and assets, and review and improve existing qualifications and qualification support products and assets. To provide effective line management of team members, while ensuring they carry out their duties effectively, within project timeframes and to a high standard. To Lead CPCAB’s development strategy and associated business plan. Understanding the qualifications market, both local and international, and stakeholder need, to make recommendations for future strategy.

Responsibilities:
• Manage CPCAB’s Qualification Development strategy, monitoring, reviewing and ensuring strategic projects are completed within expected timeframes and to a high standard.
