We're looking for a Commercial Manager to join our Contracts Management team based in Northern Ireland.

Location: Northern Ireland, Belfast - hybrid working available

Contract: Permanent - full time – flexible hours available if desired, just let us know

Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum depending on skills and experience

What will you be responsible for?

As a Commercial Manager, you'll be working within the Contracts Management team, supporting them in the successful delivery or a collaborative, open book bespoke £100M Target cost gas construction and maintenance contract.

Your Day To Day Will Include
• Lead, mentor and manage the commercial and accounts team as well as the assessment and payment of sub-contract applications and onboard new sub-contractors
• Provide weekly, monthly, and ad hoc commercial reports including monthly CVRs and manage key relationships with our client to deliver successful outcomes for all stakeholders
